Our proven Meet Your Future® process elevates matchmaking to that of an executive headhunter, leveraging proven executive recruiting evaluation tools such as in-depth, in-person interviews, screening techniques and personality profiles to immerse ourselves in our Clients and Affiliate's backgrounds, preferences and desires. We identify, filter and produce only the most qualified potential matches that meet our Client's exacting criteria. This elimination process saves time, money, energy and resources that would otherwise be wasted on disappointing dates with no spark and no future. We work with each Client one-on-one. Clients are appointed their own personal matchmaker, a seasoned executive recruiting and matchmaking professional, who will introduce them to select Affiliates hand picked exclusively for them.   We place a premium on our Client and Affiliate Member's privacy and guarantee personal information will never be given out without the express written permission of the individual. All personal information is kept in strict confidence and is viewed internally by only the trusted professional matchmakers of the Selective Search staff.

  Selective Search uses our Meet Your Future® executive recruiting techniques to ‘read between the lines' and get to the core of our Affiliates, so we can cherry-pick the must meet singles for our Clients. We dig into values, background, integrity, hidden agendas, needs and desires – key aspects of an individual, not just who an individual is on paper or by appearance. These tools allow us to evaluate the potential for chemistry based on what our Clients have told us. Once we've identified the most appropriate match for our Clients, we personally interview all appropriate prospects. This assures our Clients of no surprises, and of being introduced only to individuals who meet their exact physical, emotional, mental and any other Client specific standards. We prevent our Clients from being matched to 'gold diggers', emotionally challenged individuals and those who are less commitment minded.

  As part of our robust Seal of Prescreen Accuracy, Selective Search has met and personally interviewed each Affiliate before presenting them to a Client. This incorporates proven methods of getting to the core of our Affiliates. Never relying solely on pictures or an application to match an Affiliate with a Client, we hold ourselves accountable to be assured they are right for you.   Our service is not a technology driven database that makes the match. We know each potential Affiliate on a one-on-one personal and confidential basis.   Feedback is a positive, useful tool in helping Clients become the best version of themselves. If a Client desires a helpful ‘third-party' assessment, we will provide big picture feedback on dates.
